Two-Tone Elm Bowl
This beautiful elm bowl features a two tone effect, giving it a striking appearance, making it a great talking point. This would be perfect as decoration, or a table centrepiece.
The elm was sourced locally to my workshop here in the Scottish Highlands, and dried over a couple of years.
The finish is “Chestnut Food Safe Finish”, which gives it a hard wearing satin appearance. While it is food safe, I would not recommend letting the piece get wet and drying it as soon as possible if it does. Using gentle natural furniture or chopping board wax with a soft pad or cloth once a year will help keep the shine and help protect the wood.
Material: Scottish grown elm, sourced from Fyne Wood.
