Description
This beautifully handcrafted bowl is made from a piece of Pear, which was sourced from Manchester. It is called “end-grain” as the bowl is carved from a piece of wood where the grain runs parallel to the lathe. It also has a “live edge” which means the Pear tree bark is featured in this piece.
Finished with Chestnut Hard Wax Oil, this bowl is food safe, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It is NOT dishwasher safe! If it needs cleaning, please use a gentle natural polish with a soft non-abrasive pad or cloth. Do not use soap or water.
